BOSS/Roland is proud to announce the new Legend Series FBM-1/FDR-1 earned Best in Show honors at the Winter NAMM Show in January 2007. The popular Best in Show panel capped NAMM University’s free breakfast sessions offered during the show, held January 18-21 in Anaheim, California. A group of industry experts were invited to shop the show on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, pick their favourite companies, products and services and present the winners in five categories during the Sunday morning panel. The Legend Series FBM1/FDR1 earned Best in Show accolades.

Fender amps of the ’50s and ’60s are beloved and coveted by guitarists around the world. Thanks to BOSS’ technology and tone know-how, the new Boss FBM-1 brings the natural, fat, rich, bright tone of the Fender Bassman to a BOSS pedal. In conjunction with Fender, the new BOSS FBM 1 recreate the legendary tone of 1959 Fender Bassman. Features include the same controls on the original Bassman: Presence, Treble, Mid, and Bass EQ controls. The FBM-1 also functions perfectly as a “pre-gain pedal” placed before an already overdriven amp to add the tone character of the Bassman.
