The Hohner Double Bass-Extended Harmonica is an orchestral model and a preferred instrument when an extended tonal range is needed. Like the 265/58 Bass, it is hinged but continues up the scale adding 5 more tones on the high end.  Designed for rhythmic chord and bass accompaniment or for special effects.

The bass section is the key to any ensemble, it controls the chromatic sound of the orchestra. The notes of the double bass are akin to the black and white notes on a piano, these are found on two separate harmonica bodies, the space between the bodies can be adjusted to suit the individual.

This is a hand made precision instrument, assembled, tested and tuned by hand and by qualified and trained engineers.

All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturer’s return to base warranty.

Availability & Delivery
This instrument is delivered using a courier service. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
