The Stentor Student violin is a popular entry-level instrument. Ideal for beginners (especially the smaller sizes), it comes complete with case, bow and rosin.

Construction & Materials
The Stentor Student is made from solid tonewoods. It has blackened hardwood fingerboards and pegs and the violin is fitted with an alloy tailpiece with integral adjusters.

Case
The case is water-resistant, lightweight and comes with two carrying straps.

Strings
To improve the sound of the Stentor Student violin, Bonners recommends you purchase Dominant Strings. The core of Dominant strings is made from a type of nylon called Perlon. This is then wrapped in aluminum which produces a much warmer and rounder sound than metal strings. Dominant strings are quick to hold their tuning - even when first fitted. Dominant strings are our preferred brand of string, and produce an excellent 'well rounded' tone, whether fitted to student violins or more professional models.

All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturer’s return to base warranty.

Availability & Delivery
This instrument is usually available from stock, and is delivered using a courier service. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

To find the correct size stretch the arm out and measure from the bottom of the neck to where the fingers meet the palm*.
