Delivery
This intrument is usually available from stock, and is delivered using a courier service. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods.Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Warranty
All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturers return to base warranty.If at any time within this warranty period, the instrument fails to perform as it should, in the first instance call us on 01323 639335 where one of our advisers will try and help you rectify the fault over the telephone.

If your instrument fails within 30 days of receipt, and is not due to mis-use or other reason excluded from the normal warranty, we will exchange it for a new item.
