Keyboard & Digital Piano Specialist

We are presently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our shop staff in our downstairs orchestral & piano/keyboard department. Duties will include helping customers select the best product to suit their needs, dealing with the despatch of website & mail orders, ensuring the sales floor is presented in a way that keeps Bonners Music Superstore the number one independent retail music store in the UK.

SALARY PLUS COMMISSION
NEGOTIABLE BASED UPON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

This is a permanent position - ie Not a holiday/weekend job.

ADMIN & SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are seeking a responsible and well organised person to join our Admin and Sales team. We are proud of our extremely high level of customer service at Bonners, and thesuccessful candidate will need to be able to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks will include:

• Ensuring that sales are dealt with efficiently and within set time scales
• Seeing After Sales issues through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Providing support to our Marketing Department
• Assisting with the running and promotion of our Music School

Personal qualities required for this role include:

• Good comminucation
• Well organised, with the ability to prioritise
• Helpful and professional
• Excellent attention to detail
• Word and Excel experience
