Finance Options

Start owning the musical instrument you want now, today!

If you're set on buying your new instrument, there's no need to get weighed down by the total cost of it straight away. If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think. And our fixed interest rates mean you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

How To Apply For Finance

How it works

The finance options available are displayed on the individual product pages.

Pay a fixed deposit, depending on the price of the purchase. The rest is split into monthly payments up to three years. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, drum kit or piano sooner than you thought!

Finance is available for selected new and used instruments.

Which Finance Options Are Available?

Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.

You can apply for finance online, or over the telephone - call us on 01323 639335 if you'd like to speak to one of our musical instrument experts.

All finance is subject to acceptance by our finance provider and a credit check will be carried out on the applicant.

Call 01323 639335 to discuss finance options in more detail.

We offer our customers the ability to apply for simple finance facilities to fund a purchase from us. Once you are accepted by V12 Retail Finance you will be asked to eSign the credit agreement and once in receipt of your purchase, v12 will make your agreement live and your monthly repayments will commence for the agreed term. In short retail finance gives you the flexibility to buy what you really want now, not just what you can afford today by spreading the cost of your purchase over a repayment period that suits your budget.

If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.

Processing Time

With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. You do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above);

  • adverse credit reference agency information;
  • your credit score;
  • you are considered to be overcommitted;
  • or your existing account performance with other lenders.

The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter. Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules. You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

American Ultra Telecaster®, Rosewood Fingerboard, Texas Tea The top of the line American made Fender electric guitar has always been reserved for the model that takes the heritage and legacy of Fender’s past and pushes it into the hands of the modern guitarist. Starting from where the Elite series left off, the new American Ultra series is Fender's most precise and refined range of instruments to date. No stone was left unturned when Fender put their most famous workhorse, the Telecaster back onto the design board. The American Ultra Telecaster stays true to the core essence of the original Telecaster design, its simplicity and sleek lines but pushes nearly everything about it to make it the most improved version of the classic ever made. The biggest refinement to the Ultra Telecaster is the redesigned body contours. The newly designed sculpted neck heel gives players the easiest and most comfortable access ever to the dusty end of the fingerboard. The other big refinement is the neck of the Fender Ultra Tele. The dual action easy access truss rod of the Elite Series has been replaced with the more standard Bi-Flex Truss Rod and the neck shape has been changed to a super comfortable, incredibly fast modern D. The 10”-14” compound fingerboard radius perfectly complements this new neck shape for effortless bending, speedy solos and extended chord work. The final big change to the new American Ultra Telecaster is, of course, the Ultra Noiseless Vintage pickups, the most vintage accurate and sounding noiseless pickups ever made. Fender has also come up with the most exquisite selection of finishes ever for the new American Ultra range of Guitars and Basses. The new American Ultra Telecaster really is the pinnacle of Fenders 69 years of building and developing guitars. An equal workhorse for musicians both old school or modern. Ultra Noiseless™ Vintage Tele® Fenders single-coil pickups have been loved by guitarist since the 50s. The bright, responsive sparkly tones are generally what draws people towards Fender electric guitars. Many Fender players describe single-coil pickups as the pickup type that most allow the natural voice of the individual player to shine through. However, these loved pickups do pose a number of issues that many musicians simply can't get through. The big one is, of course, the extra noise that they produce. Because of the simplistic design of the pickup, it is common that you will often hear humming and buzzing from your electric guitar, particularly if you are near other electrical objects or you’re using lots of gain. Some people love this extra noise and just accept it as part of the mojo but for many, particularly people who record a lot using modern, super clean digital methods or people who play with insane amounts of high-gain, this noise is just too much of an issue. For over 20 years now Fender has been listening and have been on the quest to develop the ultimate pickup. A pickup that retains every bit of detail that you would expect from a vintage-style single-coil guitar however without any of the added noise. The new Ultra Noiseless Vintage Telecaster pickup truly is Fenders most vintage sounding noiseless Telecaster pickup that they have ever made. All the sweetness and mellowness that you would expect from the neck pickup as well as a super twangy bridge pickup for all your blazing country licks. Series/Parallel With versatility in mind, the American Ultra Telecaster comes with the added S1 switch sneakily hidden in the master volume knob. This clever little switch actually changes the internal wiring from Parallel to Series. This means that when the switch is engaged and you are in the middle position of the 3 way switch the 2 pickups kind of become 1 pickup. The overall output becomes hotter and fuller and it helps pushes your amp into new levels of overdrive. It's a bit like having a boost pedal built straight into your guitar. Rolled Edges The new American Ultra Telecaster comes with many features that really helps it stand out as a premium instrument. The Locking Tuners, the Treble Bleed circuit and of course the Elite Moulded case is just some examples of these features. There is however one feature in particular that really makes this Tele stand out as a guitar well above the rest. This is the enhanced Ultra Rolled Fingerboard Edges. This small detail really does make this guitar feel like the most comfortable Tele that I have ever played. It feels like it has been played-in for well over 50 years and the best bit is that its brand new from the box. It's this attention to detail that you find on the new Ultra Telecaster that really shows why this is Fender’s top of the range Tele.
