All Feurich pianos that are supplied by Bonners include detailed regulation and voicing by our in-house piano technicians including Carsten Shulz.Bonners are the largest stockist of Feurich pianos in the UK and we hold multiple examples of each model in our Surrey based piano warehouse & showrooms. This means you usually have multiple choice of the same model from which to choose your perfect Feurich piano.
Before our Feurich pianos make it to the showroom, they go through a detailed preparation process to ensure they are sounding and performing at their absolute best. After being given time to settle after transportation to our premises, every Feurich piano undergoes a first regulation and tuning. This process ensures that all the mechanical parts are functioning correctly before the instrument is played passed to our in-house pianists for their evaluation.
Our musicians put the piano through its paces using a wide variety of musical styles and then collaborate with our specialist Feurich-trained piano technicians who then carry out detailed voicing and regulation to maximise the tone and performance of the piano. This preparation process is unique to Bonners in the UK, and we are confident that our Feurich pianos out-perform the same models available from other piano retailers.
Feurich was founded in 1851, and became the first German piano manufacturer to use under-damper actions in upright pianos, long before its rivals. Wendl & Lung have been working with Feurich since 2010, and the partnership's motto is "Tradition & Innovation". Unlike other manufacturers all components of the piano action are designed and assembled personally by Feurich, with their experts individually monitoring each other during the entire process.
Bonners holds stock of a wide range of Feurich Upright and Grand Pianos in our two piano shops. We have piano shops in Reigate Surrey and Eastbourne East Sussex. Both stores have on-site parking and are the perfect place to come and try Feurich Pianos.
Feurich 122 Dimensions
Winner of the Diapason D’Or Prize this model features Feurich’s new improved action and keyboard. It is known for having a rich and full sound for an instrument of its size.
The new-improved Feurich key action found in a Mod. 122 is front-weighted, what you would normally expect to find in a grand piano. This means the touch is what you might expect from a medium-sized grand piano.
The highest quality spruce wood is used in production of the double layered soundboard that features in this model. Solid timber is used throughout the piano, making the model durable and giving a rich sound across the whole range, and a long, clear sustain.
Multi-laminated Key bed
The key bed of the Mod. 122 is produced in such a way to prevent humidity entering the wood, therefore preventing warping and deterioration of key action.
This model uses Australian felts, as Feurich feel this gives the best results and a wide tonal range, along with a smooth touch and low key noise. With a high density, the felts have a good resistance to climatic changes. No plastic or carbon fibre is used in the Feurich action as this does not provide the elasticity needed.
The damper springs on a Mod. 122 are ‘U’ shaped, as opposed to the standard spiral springs. This eliminates unwanted noise and provides a smoother pedal action.

When choosing a new piano, there's nothing better than getting your hands on various instruments to ensure you're making the right choice. We keep the Feurich 122 Upright Piano in our specialist piano store, along with other new and used pianos. This means you can compare the sound and feel of a variety of instruments all under one roof. Our showroom is located in Reigate (just off Jct 8 of the M25) .
What to expect when you order your new piano from Bonners
We keep a huge range of Feurich upright and grand pianos in stock in our Reigate piano centre. If the piano you want is available from our stock, delivery is usually arranged within 14 days (often it can be much faster than this).
Following delivery, and after giving the piano ample opportunity to adjust to it's new conditions (usually within 4-6 weeks), we will arrange for a tuner to visit you and tune the piano in your home, as well as attend to any other technical issues which may arise due to changes in temperature or humidity.

Free Feurich Acoustic Piano Delivery
Feurich acoustic piano delivery is free of charge to England addresses where access is simple – ie no steps, stairs or other obstacles which may require additional lifting equipment or manpower. Please contact our piano department directly on 01323 636140 if you would like confirmation of free delivery, or for a delivery quotes to addresses outside of England.We can even take away your old piano for you free of charge if required.
Complimentary First Piano Tuning
We want you to be completely happy with your new piano, so we arrange an initial first tuning completely free of charge. After your new Feurich piano has been delivered, we will arrange for a tuner to visit you and tune the instrument in your home. Complimentary tuning must be completed within 8 weeks of the piano being delivered.
All Feurich acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all parts and labour. If the piano needs repairing, then we come to your home. Tuning and general maintenance/servicing are not covered by warranty.

Pay a fixed deposit, depending on the price of the purchase. The rest is split into monthly payments up to three years. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, drum kit or piano sooner than you thought!
Finance is available for selected new and used instruments.
Which Finance Options Are Available?
Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.

All finance is subject to acceptance by our finance provider and a credit check will be carried out on the applicant.

We offer our customers the ability to apply for simple finance facilities to fund a purchase from us. Once you are accepted by V12 Retail Finance you will be asked to eSign the credit agreement and once in receipt of your purchase, v12 will make your agreement live and your monthly repayments will commence for the agreed term. In short retail finance gives you the flexibility to buy what you really want now, not just what you can afford today by spreading the cost of your purchase over a repayment period that suits your budget.
You must: Be at least 18 years of age Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more Be able to make repayments by direct debit Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment *If you are retired and receive a pension or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
During the loan application process you will be asked for your personal information such as name, 3 year address history, date of birth, email and telephone contact details and employment/income information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.
With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. If your application is referred outside of these hours then you may have to wait until the next working day for the decision.
For finance orders made online or via mail order we are only able to deliver the goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address). You will not be able to have the goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person.
Returns & Cancellation Procedure
If you wish to return the order then please refer to our returns policy. If we accept your return we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. We may not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of our returns period.
Declined Credit Applications
You will be informed of the decision if the lender declines your application, the lender in unable to share the reason for decline with us. Applications are usually declined for reasons such as:
You do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above);
- adverse credit reference agency information;
- your credit score;
- you are considered to be overcommitted;
- or your existing account performance with other lenders.
The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter. Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules. You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

Products which are shown as in stock will be sent within 2 working days from when payment is received. This excludes larger items such as acoustic pianos or digital pianos which are being supplied with full installation. Please contact us for delivery information regarding larger items.
Products which are shown as available to order usually take 5-7 working days to despatch, but we will confirm then when the order is received. If an item will not be delivered to you within 5 working days we will contact you to let you know, and ensure that it is shipped the next working day after it has arrived at our premises.
Orders placed using our finance options may take longer than the delivery times quoted above because we cannot despatch goods until the signed finance documents and relevant identification has been returned to us. Where we ship to
Presently, we offer online ordering and shipping to the UK only. Shipping rates may vary between areas and we do not offer online ordering to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and other International locations. A surcharge may be payable for Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland, and other off-shore UK addresses.
How We Send Your Packages To You
The shipping method we use is determined by the size & nature of the goods being purchased. Sometimes you will have the choice of different shipping methods. These will be offered to you at the checkout stage of ordering.For most items, someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. For pianos and some larger items, we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient day. We are not able to be specific about the delivery time. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
No-one at home?
Our courier will try and deliver your parcel(s) twice. After the second failed attempt, your goods will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like us to try and deliver them again, we will charge the delivery charges associated with your order again. You may also choose to collect your parcels from our retail store.
Digital Piano Deliveries For Self-Assembly
If you choose our courier delivery/flat pack delivery method, please be aware that with larger items such as digital pianos, the courier is not contracted to carry them up any steps or stairs. If there are stairs leading to the front door of the delivery address, or you live in an apartment which is not on pavement level, it is your responsibility to arrange transportation from the pavement level to the delivery address. In this instance, the delivery driver may, at their own discretion assist you in carrying the parcels to the delivery address, but they are not contracted nor obliged to do so.
Do you need delivery upstairs, or delivery at a specific time?
For some larger items which need to be delivered upstairs - including pianos, we offer a timed delivery service using our own van and drivers. This service is free on some items and chargeable on others. Call us on 01323 639335 to discuss your specific delivery requirements.
Delivery Surcharges For Larger Items
For some larger items, delivery surcharges may apply to the following areas: Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle Of wight, Cornwall, Ireland, North Of England above Leeds. Call us on 01323 639335 to check before ordering.
All new products purchased from Bonners are covered by a minimum 12-month return to base (RTB) warranty unless otherwise stated on your receipt.
Cabinet style digital pianos and acoustic pianos are covered by our on-site warranty. The applicable warranty period is shown on your receipt. Return to base means that the goods must be returned to us under the terms of the warranty. We do not pay for transport of RTB items to our premises for repair. We can collect your items - see collection charges below.
Self Assembly Items With Faults On Arrival
Please do not dispose of boxes and packaging for items which require self-assembly until you have thoroughly checked and tested the product. In the unlikely event that a self-assembly item arrives with a fault, we will it replace it free of charge if it is re-packaged for safe transportation in the cartons in which it was supplied. If you dispose of the packaging, we will charge for collection as per our collection charges stated at the bottom of this page.
If there's a fault with the product...
If at any time within this warranty period, the equipment fails, in the first instance call us on 01323 639335 where one of our advisers will try and help you rectify the fault over the telephone.
If your item fails within 30 days of receipt, and is not due to mis-use or other reason excluded from the normal warranty, we'll give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
After the 30 day period, we will arrange a suitable repair of the item or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement, or if that's not possible, a refund.
On-site warranties only apply to larger digital pianos and acoustic pianos. It is the buyer's responsibility to return all other items to our store for repair. We charge for collection of faulty items. Charges vary depending upon location and size/weight of the product being collected.
Consumables such as (but not limited to) guitar strings and reeds are not covered by the warranty. Accidental damage or misuse of the item are not covered by the warranty.
If You Made The Purchase From Home....
All home order returns must be authorised in advance by calling 01323 639335. If we decide that your item needs to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. This number must be displayed clearly on the outside of any returns sent to us.
We charge for collection of items which appear to have a fault - but this charge will be refunded to you once we receive the item and have confirmed that a fault exists.
If You Change Your Mind...
Goods Purchased In-Store
Within 7 days of purchase, we are happy to exchange or give you a refund with vouchers for any item you purchase. Just return the item to our store, unused, in its original undamaged packaging, along with the receipt and we'll be happy to exchange the item for something more suitable, or give you a refund in Bonners vouchers. We do not give cash refunds in cases of 'change of mind' for goods purchased in-store.
Goods Purchased From Home
Following The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used or installed them or input any data on them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them. Enclosed DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software packaging discs must still be sealed. We do not accept return of goods that have ben damaged or mis-handled whlst in your care
There are three ways to refund/cancel your purchase:
- You can return the product to our store with your receipt, bringing the card you paid with so we can credit it. When returning opened products to us, you should do so without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate to us your decision to cancel.
- You can cancel your order via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page
- By phoning us on 01323 639335 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand
Once we have received the goods back from you, and after inspection of their condition, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid when you purchased the item(s) (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to keep the item(s), we do not refund the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you. If you have requested we begin the performance of any service, such as installation of a product, within the 14 day cancellation period we have the right to retain any charge paid for services which have already begun or been completed. Refunds take 7-10 working days to be credited to your payment card.
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:
- The goods have been damaged whilst in your care.
- If you return your product to our store without proof of purchase
- The seal has been broken on any included DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software
- The goods were a special order to your specification
In All Cases....
We do not accept returns of software, music books, CD's, DVD's, or consumables, unless found to be faulty in which case a replacement product of the same title will be supplied.
We also do not accept returns of goods which have been made to your specifications or have been personalised. We may also refuse to accept the return of any item which has been mis-used.
Our warranty, returns & refunds policies do not affect your statutory rights.
If you need your product collected from a UK mainland address because you have changed your mind, or have disposed of the packaging of a self-assembly product, or if it requires attention under a return-to-base (RTB) warranty, the following charges will apply:
Note: We do not collect items that are not in their original box and packaging, except for digital pianos. It is up to you to ensure your item is packaged safely for transportation and we do not accept liability for goods damaged in transit due to being incorrectly packed before collection by our courier/driver

Part Exchange Returns
If you part exchanged an instrument towards the item you are returning, we will refund you the monies paid and, if we still have posession of your part exchanged item, you will need to arrange collection from one of our stores, or pay a delivery charge for the item to be returned to you. Delivery charges for return of part exchanged items will depend upon the individual item and quotes are available on request.
In the event that we have bno longer have possession of your part exchanged item, we will refund you the monies paid plusthe value given for your part exchange item - as shown on your sales receipt.
