    Finance Options

    Start owning the musical instrument you want now, today!

    If you're set on buying your new instrument, there's no need to get weighed down by the total cost of it straight away. If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think. And our fixed interest rates mean you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

    How To Apply For Finance

    How it works

    The finance options available are displayed on the individual product pages.

    Pay a fixed deposit, depending on the price of the purchase. The rest is split into monthly payments up to three years. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, drum kit or piano sooner than you thought!

    Finance is available for selected new and used instruments.

    Which Finance Options Are Available?

    Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.

    You can apply for finance online, or over the telephone - call us on 01323 639335 if you'd like to speak to one of our musical instrument experts.

    All finance is subject to acceptance by our finance provider and a credit check will be carried out on the applicant.

    Call 01323 639335 to discuss finance options in more detail.

    We offer our customers the ability to apply for simple finance facilities to fund a purchase from us. Once you are accepted by V12 Retail Finance you will be asked to eSign the credit agreement and once in receipt of your purchase, v12 will make your agreement live and your monthly repayments will commence for the agreed term. In short retail finance gives you the flexibility to buy what you really want now, not just what you can afford today by spreading the cost of your purchase over a repayment period that suits your budget.

    Eligibility Criteria

    You must: Be at least 18 years of age Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more Be able to make repayments by direct debit Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment *If you are retired and receive a pension or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.

    Information Required

    During the loan application process you will be asked for your personal information such as name, 3 year address history, date of birth, email and telephone contact details and employment/income information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.

    Processing Time

    With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. If your application is referred outside of these hours then you may have to wait until the next working day for the decision.

    Delivery

    For finance orders made online or via mail order we are only able to deliver the goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address). You will not be able to have the goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person.

    Returns & Cancellation Procedure

    If you wish to return the order then please refer to our returns policy. If we accept your return we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. We may not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of our returns period.

    Declined Credit Applications

    You will be informed of the decision if the lender declines your application, the lender in unable to share the reason for decline with us. Applications are usually declined for reasons such as:

    You do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above);

    • adverse credit reference agency information;
    • your credit score;
    • you are considered to be overcommitted;
    • or your existing account performance with other lenders.

    The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter. Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules. You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

Refunds take 7-10 working days to be credited to your payment card.

    Roland RD2000 Stage Piano History Of The Roland RD2000 In 1986, Roland introduced the groundbreaking RD1000 digital stage piano. At the time, the RD1000 was the most advanced digital piano and featured Roland’s advanced SA synthesis technology to produce the best possible piano sound. By today’s standards, the piano sounds on the RD1000 are not particularly realistic, but they have a distinctive tone that is both dynamic and expressive, and has been used by countless artists including Elton John, Oleta Adams, Richard Marx to name but a few. Fast-forward 30 years to the present day and Roland have once-again broken the boundaries of piano sound technology with the introduction of the flagship RD2000 Stage Piano. The Best Roland Keyboard Action The RD2000 is a professional piano keyboard featuring the acclaimed PHA-50 key action. This key action is manufactured using a combination of wood outer sides, and a synthetic material core. This gives the best of both worlds - traditional natural materials for look and feel, and synthetic parts for maximum reliability over many years of performance. See & Try The RD2000 At Bonners Piano Stores We are stage piano specialists and show the Roland RD2000 on demonstration in both our stores. Our Reigate Showroom is located within easy reach of London - just 2 miles from JCT 8 on the M25 motorway, and our large Eastbourne store is on the South Coast - just 30mins drive from Brighton & Hastings. Included in the new voices is the legendary Yamaha CFX grand piano - a rich, powerful sound that is ideal for live performance or recording purposes. There are new string voices and Revo! Drum sounds which have up to 26 samples per key to give a natural, human feel to the rhythm section. Articulation Element Modeling (AEM) AEM recreates the performance of acoustic and electric musical instruments. This technology constantly analyses your performance and adds appropriate sounds in real time following what you are playing on the keyboard. This gives a truly lifelike instrumental experience. New Revo!Drum Kits & Sound Effects The newly developed Revo!Drum Voices are designed to created the authentic sound and feel of acoustic drums. Using Yamaha’s own wave-cycling technology, repetition of the same key produces the sound of slightly different samples resulting in a natural drum performance. Huge Choice Of Voices, Styles & Arpeggios The idea of Genos is to enable fast music creation without needing to spend hours editing sounds, riffs or drum patterns. Genos is supplied with over 1710 extremely high quality instrument sounds out of the box. In addition to this, there are 550 backing patterns (styles) covering a huge range of genres from rock & pop to jazz, dance & EDM, big band, latin and orchestral, plus loads more! The 216 arpeggios help you create complex guitar riffs which would otherwise be difficult to play on a keyboard instrument, as well as patterns suitable for other instrument styles. Powerful Effects Engine The superb voices of the Genos are further enhanced when the onboard effects are applied. Genos is equipped with VCM technology borrowed from Yamaha’s professional mixing consoles. There are hundreds of effects available via the easy-to-use graphical interface including Reverb, delays, wah, phasers, amp simulators, chorus & modulation effects, compressors and rotary speaker simulations. Everything you need to give your sound a professional edge. Vocal Harmony Processor - Now With Synth Vocoder Effects When using a microphone connected (not supplied) to the audio input of the Genos, natural sounding vocal harmony can be added to your voice. Use the synth vocoder to create classic vocal sounds made famous by ELO, Daft Punk, Phil Collins, Stevie Wonder and many more superstar artists. Expandable Library Of Sounds & Styles Use the on-board 1.8GB flash memory to install sounds purchased from the Yamaha MusicSoft online store. The Genos sound library can be tailored to your individual needs, and additional styles & patterns can be purchased to give you even more musical possibilities.
