Developed in collaboration with Jefferson Starship and Starship guitarist Craig Chaquico, the EA26 signature model adapts traditional acoustic soundboard design to a feedback-resistant thinline format tailored for amplified performance.

Constructed with a solid spruce top featuring distinctive florentine soundholes, the instrument is paired with figured maple back and sides and a comfort-contoured thinline body depth. The mahogany neck features a rosewood fingerboard appointed with custom pearloid crown inlays and 21 frets across a 25.5" scale length. Amplified output is driven by an onboard active piezo pickup and preamp system incorporating a 4-band equalizer, notch filter, and master volume control, backed by gold-plated die-cast tuning machines and a rosewood bridge.

Key Features

Solid Spruce Top with Florentine Slots: Soundboard architecture configured with stylized cutouts to reduce feedback while maintaining dynamic acoustic projection.

Thinline Figured Maple Body: Shallow body depth reduces acoustic coupling at high stage volumes while providing light, ergonomic handling.

Single Florentine Cutaway: Deeply contoured upper cutaway provides unhindered access to the highest frets.

4-Band Active Preamp System: Onboard EQ sliders enable precise tone shaping across low, mid, high, and presence frequency bands.

Integrated Feedback Control: Built-in notch filter circuit targets and isolates problematic resonant frequencies during live amplified use.

Custom Aesthetic Appointments: Features full body binding, gold hardware, and signature fingerboard inlays reflecting the artist's original design preferences.

Second Hand

This guitar is in great condition, with it having undergone a cleaning and setup by our guitar specialists.
