See The FP10 In Store
You can see and try the FP10 in both of our piano stores. One is located in Reigate (Surrey) just 2 miles from JCT8 of the M25 motorway, and the other is in Eastbourne (Sussex). Both stores have on-site customer parking, and you can compare the FP10 with instruments from other manufacturers.

Rich & Vibrant Piano Sound
The Roland piano sound is derived from a unique creation process called SuperNATURAL sampling. The piano voices in the FP10 have been tried and tested in higher priced models and offer superb value and performance in a low-cost instrument.

Responsive Key Action with Ivory feel
FP10 is fitted with the Roland PHA-4 standard keyboard action. This key mechanism simulates the touch of a grand piano and has escapement simulation for fast note repetition. The pHA4 is a graded keyboard - the lower octaves are slightly heavier in touch compared with the upper registers - just like a traditional acoustic grand piano. The white notes have 'ivory feel' keytops which prevent your fingers from slipping when performing.

Realistic Pedal Response
The FP10 is supplied with a plastic sustain footswitch, but this can be upgraded to the feel of a traditional acoustic piano pedal experience by purchasing the option Roland DP10 pedal.

Furthermore, the DP10 offers half-pedalling functionality (only possible with the DP10 and not the standard footswitch supplied in the box).

Bluetooth MIDI Equipped
Connect the FP10 to your favourite smart device to access popular apps such as Roland's Piano Partner 2, or the many hundreds of third-party music making titles. Wireless Bluetooth communication opens up a whole new World of music tuition and creation possibilities. Bluetooth features on the FP10 are MIDI only - there is no Bluetooth audio.

Other useful Features
Onboard metronome, as well as a choice of high-quality instrument voices including e.piano, organ strings, vocals and organs. Twin Piano Mode lets teacher & pupil sit side-by-side at the piano with both people experiencing the same tonal registers. Headphone output allows the instrument to be used without disturbing others in the household.

Optional Wooden Stand
The FP10 can either be used with a portable metal stand for on-the-road, or can be turned into a smart piece of furniture with the optional KSCFP-10 wooden piano stand (available seperately).

Finance Options

Start owning the musical instrument you want now, today!

If you're set on buying your new instrument, there's no need to get weighed down by the total cost of it straight away. If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think. And our fixed interest rates mean you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

How To Apply For Finance

How it works

The finance options available are displayed on the individual product pages.

Pay a fixed deposit, depending on the price of the purchase. The rest is split into monthly payments up to three years. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, drum kit or piano sooner than you thought!

Finance is available for selected new and used instruments.

Which Finance Options Are Available?

Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.

You can apply for finance online, or over the telephone - call us on 01323 639335 if you'd like to speak to one of our musical instrument experts.

All finance is subject to acceptance by our finance provider and a credit check will be carried out on the applicant.

Call 01323 639335 to discuss finance options in more detail.

We offer our customers the ability to apply for simple finance facilities to fund a purchase from us. Once you are accepted by V12 Retail Finance you will be asked to eSign the credit agreement and once in receipt of your purchase, v12 will make your agreement live and your monthly repayments will commence for the agreed term. In short retail finance gives you the flexibility to buy what you really want now, not just what you can afford today by spreading the cost of your purchase over a repayment period that suits your budget.

You must: Be at least 18 years of age Have been a UK resident for 3 years or more Be able to make repayments by direct debit Be in regular employment* (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment *If you are retired and receive a pension or registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.

During the loan application process you will be asked for your personal information such as name, 3 year address history, date of birth, email and telephone contact details and employment/income information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.

Processing Time

With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. If your application is referred outside of these hours then you may have to wait until the next working day for the decision.

Returns & Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to return the order then please refer to our returns policy. If we accept your return we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. We may not able to cancel the finance if the return falls outside of our returns period.

Declined Credit Applications

You will be informed of the decision if the lender declines your application, the lender in unable to share the reason for decline with us. Applications are usually declined for reasons such as:

You do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above);

  • adverse credit reference agency information;
  • your credit score;
  • you are considered to be overcommitted;
  • or your existing account performance with other lenders.

The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter. Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules. You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

The authentic piano sound and key feel make it easy to play this simple model any way you like. Yamaha's GHS (Graded Hammer Standard) weighted action has heavier touch in the low end and lighter touch in the high end, just like the hammers inside an acoustic piano. Great for the aspiring pianist, practicing on the GHS action builds the proper finger technique for when the time comes to perform on an acoustic piano. Plus the matte finish of the black keys are less slippery when playing for extended periods of time. AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) sampling uses digital technology to record the sound of an acoustic piano. AWM Stereo Sampling creates a deeper, richer and more spacious sound by using pairs of waveforms (L and R) captured with two microphones. The P-45 uses AWM to play one sample per key at varying levels of volume and timbre. Slim and stylish form with a depth of less than 12 inches, the P-45 requires little space. At only 25 lbs. with a built-in sound system, it can be easily moved anywhere in your home or even used for performance outside. Various P-45 settings can be changed with a single button.
