Finance Options

Start owning the musical instrument you want now, today!

If you're set on buying your new instrument, there's no need to get weighed down by the total cost of it straight away. If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think. And our fixed interest rates mean you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

How To Apply For Finance

How it works

The finance options available are displayed on the individual product pages.

Pay a fixed deposit, depending on the price of the purchase. The rest is split into monthly payments up to three years. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, drum kit or piano sooner than you thought!

Finance is available for selected new and used instruments.

Which Finance Options Are Available?

Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.

You can apply for finance online, or over the telephone - call us on 01323 639335 if you'd like to speak to one of our musical instrument experts.

All finance is subject to acceptance by our finance provider and a credit check will be carried out on the applicant.

Call 01323 639335 to discuss finance options in more detail.

We offer our customers the ability to apply for simple finance facilities to fund a purchase from us. Once you are accepted by V12 Retail Finance you will be asked to eSign the credit agreement and once in receipt of your purchase, v12 will make your agreement live and your monthly repayments will commence for the agreed term. In short retail finance gives you the flexibility to buy what you really want now, not just what you can afford today by spreading the cost of your purchase over a repayment period that suits your budget.

If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check.

Processing Time

With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’. You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. You do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above);

  • adverse credit reference agency information;
  • your credit score;
  • you are considered to be overcommitted;
  • or your existing account performance with other lenders.

The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter. Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules. You should also note that each lender applies its own credit score to applicants so if you have recently been accepted for credit elsewhere this does not necessarily mean that appealing the decision on this basis alone will result in a change of decision.

This key action has simulated ebony and ivory keys, and can be adjusted to suit different playing styles with 3 sensitivity levels. 19 Instrument Voices With 256 Notes Polyphony (maximum) The PX870 uses Casio’s Multi-dimensional Morphing AiR to create life-like piano tones. In fact there are 19 different voices from which to choose, including acoustic pianos, electric pianos, strings, organ, harpsichord and many more useful tones for all different styles of music. The Duet Mode on the PX870 splits the piano into two equal pitch ranges, allowing a student and teacher to sit at the same instrument. Create Your Own Unique Piano Tones The acoustic piano sounds in the PX870 can be tailored to your own requirements. Various parameters can be altered including Hammer Response, String Resonance, Lid Simulator, Key action Noise, and Damper Noise. Digital Effects To Further Enhance The Sounds The Casio PX870 has an on-board professional quality effects which enhance the sound even further,. Reverb effects simulate the sound of performing in large concert halls, and chorus effects can be applied to electronic pianos to give a warm, detuned effect - this was always popular with Fender Rhodes and Wurlitzer style piano sounds for the 60’s and 70’s! There are additional digital effects which are preset for some of the other instrument voices. Transpose & Tuning A benefit of a digital piano is the ability to be able to tune it to play with other instruments without employing a specialist piano tuner! The piano can also be transposed up or down +12 / -12 semitones for playing in different keys. This function is ideal for playing with singers and other instruments that perform in different keys. Powerful 4-Speaker System The PX-870 is fitted with Casio’s Sound Projection System to fill your room with a warm sound with extreme clarity. The 40-watt amplification system powers four speakers which are placed to immerse the player in sound. The Volume Sync EQ ensures that the same depth of sound is heard at whichever volume level you play. Headphone Mode There are two headphone output jacks on the Casio PX870 which allow two people to enjoy “silent practice” when headphones are connected. The ‘headphone mode’ optimises the sound so you get similar sound quality through a good pair of headphones that you would when playing the pX870 through it’s own internal speaker system.
