C. Bechstein Model A Reconditioned Grand Piano, circa 1918C. Bechstein piano factory was founded in 1853 by Carl Bechstein in Berlin, Germany. Carl Bechstein set out to manufacture a piano able to withstand the great demands imposed on the instrument by the virtuosi of the time, such as Franz Liszt.This particular model has been fully rebuilt, with new strings, tuning pins, hammers, and wrest plank. It looks and plays just like a factory-new piano. It has been voiced by German technician Carsten Schulz, of KlavierEtage in Berlin and has a beautiful tone. Complimentary First Piano TuningAlthough the instrument is tuned before leaving our showroom, we want you to be completely happy with your new piano, so we arrange an initial first tuning completely free of charge. After your new piano has been delivered, we will arrange for a tuner to visit you and tune the instrument in your home. Second Hand Steinway Model O Grand Piano, circa 1911 This German Steinway Grand Piano is of a popular size at just under 6 feet in depth, and has been restored in our on-site workshop. The beautiful satin rosewood case is matched by an exquisite European tone expected of pianos of this calibre. The Model O is one of the most popular and sought after grand pianos on the market, thanks to its combination of outstanding tonal quality and performance, and practical size. This particular model was manufactured circa 1911 in Germany and has been reconditioned in our on-site workshop, including brand new strings and tuning pins.
