Emma joined Bonners in 2016 with over 15 years’ retail customer service experience. A skilled keyboard player and vocalist, she regularly performs with cover bands, giving her valuable insight into the needs of gigging musicians. Based across our Eastbourne and Reigate showrooms, Emma is passionate about helping players of all levels find the right instrument, always offering expert advice and friendly support.

David joined Bonners in 2016, bringing with him over 10 years of extensive retail experience. Specialising in acoustic pianos, he guides customers expertly and thoughtfully through the selection process. An accomplished pianist and guitarist, David regularly performs with bands and musical theatre productions across the South East. David is proud to represent a company known for its high standards and is committed to delivering the level of service customers expect when investing in a premium instrument.

Dave joined Bonners in 2023 and brings with him a wealth of real-world experience as a guitarist. Whether he's performing live on stage, recording in the studio, or gigging with bands, Dave understands the demands musicians face—and the gear that helps them perform at their best. You’ll find him in our guitar department, where he combines his hands-on knowledge with a friendly, down-to-earth approach to help every customer find the right instrument or setup for their needs.

Phil has nearly 20 years of experience in the music retail industry, much of it being with Bonners. A passionate music lover in both listening and creating, he brings knowledge, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach to every customer interaction. Phil takes pride in delivering excellent service and helping people find the right piano or keyboard instrument.

Tim joined Bonners in 2019. He learned piano as a child up to Grade 5. As an adult, he returned to the instrument and quickly rediscovered his love for it! Tim uses his own journey of learning to play, along with his extensive retail background to understand the different needs and questions that customers can have - whether they’re just starting out, picking it up again, or looking to upgrade. Tim takes pride in helping people find the right piano and is committed to making the selection process smooth, enjoyable, and informative.

Toby joined Bonners in 2021. With a passion for music from a young age, Toby studied piano to grade 8, before going on to complete a degree in composition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Outside of Bonners, Toby can be found working as a freelance musical director, arranger and composer.

Amanda joined Bonners in 2011, bringing with her extensive experience within the musical instrument industry. After graduating with a Music Degree, Amanda began her professional career in musical instrument retail, followed by a decade working for one of the leading Japanese musical instrument manufacturers, where she held significant roles in sales and customer relations. Amanda now combines her comprehensive industry knowledge and deep-rooted passion for music at Bonners, providing customers with insightful guidance, expert recommendations, and exceptional service.

Tom has been with Bonners since 2010 and has over 20 years of music retail experience. A gigging guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, he loves helping customers find the right gear for their sound. 

Dan became part of the Bonners team in 2024, bringing with him extensive experience in both keyboards and guitars. He has performed at local gigs and events nationwide for many years and has also worked in recording sessions, including at the iconic Abbey Road Studios. At Bonners, you’ll often find Dan moving between the guitar and keyboard departments, sharing his knowledge and passion with customers.

Rich has been a valued member of the Bonners team since 2018. A passionate guitarist with music at the heart of his daily life, he brings genuine enthusiasm and insight to his role. Having been a long-time Bonners customer before joining the team, Rich understands exactly what makes the ‘Bonners Experience’ special—and is committed to delivering it every day.

Vicki joined Bonners in 2021, bringing over 20 years of exceptional customer service experience, much of it gained in high-end four and five-star hotels. Vicki is passionate about creating positive, memorable experiences and always goes the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued. Although she doesn’t play an instrument (and happily admits she can’t sing!), she loves being part of a team that helps others enjoy the joy of music.

Tony joined Bonners in 1989. With decades of experience in keyboards and pianos, he brings deep product knowledge and a musician’s perspective to everything he does. Outside of Bonners, Tony is a respected performer and can still be found playing in bands and taking part in recording sessions.
