Collect Direct from Our Warehouses
Sometimes, courier networks experience delays during busy periods, making it harder to guarantee delivery dates. If you need your order quickly, or simply prefer to collect it yourself, we're pleased to offer direct customer collection from our warehouses on all in-stock items.
Whether you're buying a digital piano, keyboard, synthesizer, guitar, amplifier, effects unit or a range of essential accessories, you're welcome to collect your order from us - provided you have a suitable vehicle to transport it safely.
Simply let us know what you'd like to order and which of our warehouse locations you'd prefer to collect from, and we'll have everything ready for you.
Whether you’re after a digital piano, keyboard, synth, guitar, amplifier, FX unit, or a selection of essential accessories, you can collect anything you like from us - as long as you’ve got a suitable vehicle to transport your item safely. All we need to know in advance is exactly what you want, and which of our warehouse sites is your preferred collection point.
How To Place Your Order For Collection
1. To use our Direct Warehouse Collection service, please contact us by phone to place your order rather than ordering through our website.
Unfortunately, if an order is placed and paid for online, we cannot release it for collection from one of our warehouse locations for security reasons.
Our team will be happy to take your order over the phone, confirm stock availability, arrange your preferred collection location, and let you know when your order is ready to collect.
2. Call us on 01323 639335 to check availability
We’ll confirm stock levels and advise which warehouse can prepare your goods.
3. Pay a 20% deposit over the phone
This secures your items. You can settle the remaining balance in-store when you collect, either by card or, where applicable, by applying for finance.
4. Choose your pickup location
Select the most convenient option for you:
Eastbourne – Reigate – Milton Keynes – Newcastle
5. We confirm your collection date
Once your order is prepared and safely allocated, we’ll let you know the earliest date you can collect.
