With the Christmas rush now in full swing, courier networks across the UK are under immense pressure. Delivery delays are becoming increasingly common, and we know how important it is for musicians and gift-givers alike to receive their gear on time. APPLIES TO IN STOCK ITEMS ONLY.
So for the first time ever, we’re opening up our warehouses for direct customer collection.
Whether you’re after a digital piano, keyboard, synth, guitar, amplifier, FX unit, or a selection of essential accessories, you can collect anything you like from us—as long as you’ve got a suitable vehicle to transport your item safely. All we need to know in advance is exactly what you want, and which of our warehouse sites is your preferred collection point.
1. Don’t place your order online
To use this special service, please contact us by phone rather than ordering through the website. If you pay online, we can't allow you to collect the order from our warehouse. for security reasons.
2. Call us on 01323 639335 to check availability
We’ll confirm stock levels and advise which warehouse can prepare your goods.
3. Pay a 20% deposit over the phone
This secures your items. You can settle the remaining balance in-store when you collect, either by card or, where applicable, by applying for finance.
4. Choose your pickup location
Select the most convenient option for you:
Eastbourne – Reigate – Milton Keynes – Newcastle
5. We confirm your collection date
Once your order is prepared and safely allocated, we’ll let you know the earliest date you can collect.

If you’re unsure whether your vehicle is suitable for a larger item -such as a full-size digital piano box -just ask us. We’re happy to advise approximate box sizes and weights before you travel.
