Products which are shown as in stock will be despatched within two working days from when payment is received. This excludes larger items such as acoustic pianos or digital pianos which are being supplied with full installation. Please contact us for delivery information regarding larger items.
Products which are shown as PRE-ORDER NOW are not in stock, but we have stock due in to us. If an item will not be delivered to you within 5 working days we will contact you to let you know, and ensure that it is shipped the next working day after it has arrived at our premises.
We offer online ordering and shipping to the UK mainland only, exlcuding some Scottish Highlands postcodes Shipping rates may vary between areas and we do not offer online ordering to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or any International locations. A surcharge may be payable for Isle Of Wight and other off-shore UK addresses.
Deliveries to off-shore addresses may take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on the size and type of product ordered. Contact us for more information about shipping.

We have many flexible delivery options for most digital pianos, based on your location and whether you require it flat-packed, or fully assembled in your home. Digital piano delivery options are shown at checkout.

How We Send Your Packages To You
The shipping method selected depends on the size and type of items you purchase. At the checkout stage, you may be offered different shipping options to choose from. For most items, it is usually necessary for someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. For pianos and other large items, we will contact you before delivery to schedule a convenient delivery day. Please note that we cannot provide specific delivery times for flat-pack piano deliveries. If you need to discuss delivery options for pianos and larger items, feel free to contact us - we will always do our best to accomodate your needs.
No-one at home?
When your goods are delivered by third-party couriers, our partners strive to deliver them promptly. If you're not at home, your parcel may be left in a secure location on your property in certain cases. Should this occur, you'll be promptly notified and given photographic proof of where your parcel was placed.
If the delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, our courier teams will make up to two delivery attempts. After the second unsuccessful attempt, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. To schedule another delivery, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us to find out the re-delivery cost for your items.
For larger items that require upstairs delivery, such as pianos, we provide a timed delivery service using our own vehicles and drivers. This service may be free for some items and chargeable for others. To discuss your specific delivery needs, please call us at 01323 639335.
