Death By Audio Reverberation Machine Guitar Effects Pedal

Kick Your Tone in the Teeth

Ever fancied achieving the sound of kicking the front of your amp in and throwing it into a deep, dark cave? Well then, this is the pedal for you. The Reverberation Machine by Death By Audio is part reverb, part fuzz, part distilled concentrated self-consuming chaos.

What a Swell Sound

The Reverberation Machine is primarily a reverb. You can control the amount of space within which to create rich, swimming reverb to swell and coat your playing along with the choice between bright or dark tonalities. The sound can be small and subtle, working as a very nice traditional reverb. The knob to control the reverb, however, you may notice, goes up to 125%. This allows you to have the reverb spiral out of control as if you were playing in a haunted Gothic cathedral or a black hole perhaps. The bright/dark switch can generate sweet, sparkly spring style reverb all the way through the spectrum of sound to much gloomier, nefarious incarnations. The reverb though is just the tip of the iceberg.

Here Comes the Filth

As you may notice, only one of the four controls on the Reverberation Machine actually directly controls the reverberation. The other controls are there to unleash the pedals clandestine Mr Hyde. The pedal has an inbuilt gain circuit which is controllable through the “altitude” control. The further up you wind that control, the more wide open and distorted the pedal becomes. This can be combined with the reverb and tone controls to achieve some seriously huge, utterly unique, spacey swimmy enormousness. It’s somewhat indescribable and wholly self-explanatory all at once. The lovely enigmatic space a lot of Death By Audio’s effects pedals so confidently occupy.

Take a Trip into Deep Space

As with most pedals from these guys, this is a pedal that needs to be played to be understood. You need to turn off your inhibitions and let the pedal take you where it wants to go. It’s a really cool and refreshing experience to have such simple yet dynamic controls delivering such a crazy array of sounds. It encourages you to explore and fiddle and create. Take a trip into deep space with the Reverberation Machine by Death By Audio.

Who are Death By Audio Effects?

Death By Audio hand-make all of their pedals in an underground lair beneath the busy streets of Queens, New York. All of their effects are designed with the utmost attention to detail and care with the best available components to ensure sturdiness and sonic supremacy. They aren’t your traditional pedal company though. Each box is designed to push the boundaries and challenge your traditional view on what a pedal of that type might deliver. Though they can do the job it says on the tin, when pushed, they are designed to realm deep into uncharted territory. This is a company designed to turn heads. A company for the adventurous and the experimental.

Spread The Cost With Finance

If you're set on buying your new instrument, there's no need to get weighed down by the total cost of it straight away. If you break it down into monthly payments over time, it's much more manageable than you might think. And our fixed interest rates mean you'll know exactly what you're paying from the start.

How it works
The finance options available are displayed on our individual product pages - just click the button under the price to see the available options for each product. Finance is available for most new and used instruments over £400.

Pay a fixed deposit, and the rest is split into monthly payments. At the end of your contract when you've made your final payment, the instrument or equipment is all yours. You could own that dream guitar, piano or keyboard sooner than you thought!

Which Finance Options Are Available?
Most products on our website show the available finance options. Some are interest free, and some are interest bearing. The options shown on the site are an example of what is available - if you would like to pay over a different period, give us a call on 01323 639335 and we’ll try and arrange a finance option that suits your budget.
