Kawai CA59 Digital Piano in Satin White
The Kawai CA59 is a fully-featured digital piano that sits in the higher end of Kawai's mid-range models. At the heart of the CA59 is Kawai's Grand Feel Compact wooden-key keyboard action which in combination with the Harmonic Imaging XL sound engine and premium amplification system (designed in collaboration with the high-end Japanese audio manufacturer Onkyo) makes this piano one of the best-in-class models on the market.
"The CA59 competes well with the high-end instruments from other manufacturers. The Grand Feel Compact keyboard is a joy to play and the new Onkyo sound system offers an exceptionally clean sound. A highly recommended piano."

This means you can compare the sound and feel of a variety of instruments all under one roof. We have showrooms in Reigate (just off Jct 8 of the M25) , Milton Keynes(just off Jct 8 of the M25) and also on the South Coast in Eastbourne BN21 3JN. Delivery & In-Home Assembly
The Kawai CA59 can either be delivered flat-pack to your doorstep (free to most UK mainland addresses), or you can choose for your piano to be installed by our own piano delivery experts, who fully assemble and install your new piano for you. There is an additional fee for this service. We specify a delivery time, fully assemble the piano, and take away all the boxes & packaging. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
Wooden Key Keyboard Action
The keyboard touch is probably the most important factor to consider when purchasing a new piano. The keys form the connection between the player and the sound and it is essential to purchasing a piano with the best keyboard touch within your budget. Lower range models usually feature plastic keybeds, but the CA59 is equipped with Kawai's Grand-Feel Compact wooden-key keyboard action. The combination of long individual wooden keys mounted on a balance pin (just like an acoustic piano) produces an excellent playing experience whether you are a beginner or an accomplished pianist.
White keys have a textured synthetic ivory feel, and counterweights increase the return speed of the notes. Triple key contact sensors capture every nuance of your musical performance and the simulated escapement mechanism recreates the feel of a grand piano.
The Sound Of A Kawai Concert Grand
The CA59 reproduces the sound of four different Kawai grand and upright pianos. Each of the different piano voices is suited to different musical styles. Choose from the Kawai SK-EX Concert Grand, the SK5 studio Grand, EX Concert Grand, and the K-60 premium upright piano.
Grand feel triple pedal system
Just like a grand piano, the CA59 has three metal pedals that offer sustain (with half-damping), sostenuto, and soft functions. The Grand Feel pedal system replicates the individual weighting of the sustain, soft, and sostenuto pedals of the SK-EX and EX concert grand pianos to further enhance the CA59's acoustic piano authenticity.
Onkyo Premium Audio System
In 2017, Kawai partnered with Onkyo to produce premium, hi-fi quality audio systems for their high-end digital pianos. This technology has now filtered down to the mid-range models and the CA59 is one of the pianos to benefit from the Kawai/Onkyo partnership. The Onkyo amplifier produces a richer, clearer, higher quality sound than previous models.
The CA59 is loaded with hundreds of songs, exercises, and popular classical pieces for you to play along, use for practice purposes, or simply listen to for pleasure.
Bluetooth MIDI and Audio with aptX support
Bluetooth audio functionality allows you to stream music from other devices through the CA59's premium audio system. Furthermore, Bluetooth on the CA59 supports aptX which offers less latency and higher audio quality.
Bluetooth MIDI support means you can connect your computer or tablet device to the CA59 for external recording applications or the creation of printed scores using software such as Sibelius - all completely wirelessly.
