To ensure the quality of all the pre-owned grand pianos we sell, we operate a workshop dedicated to repair, restoration and reconditioning work. The workshop is staffed by our team of instrument engineers, all of whom have considerable experience maintaining and restoring pianos.

We sell most of our reconditioned pianos with a three or five-year warranties – it varies from piano to piano. We also offer a safe, insured delivery service that ensures your piano is delivered to you within as quickly as possible. Pianos need a little time to settle in, so we usually recommend a tuning after the first month in its new home, Most instruments are sold with a first in-home tuning and performance check free of charge within 12 weeks of delivery.
