Casio Digital Pianos

Casio Digital Pianos

Featuring innovative, imaginative and affordable instruments, the Casio range of digital pianos is well worth exploring. We are delighted to bring you an extensive collection of Casio digital pianos here at Bonners Music including the Celviano and Privia series together with Casio CDP Pianos. Incorporating the very latest technology, this collection delivers impressive models to please both beginners and experienced musicians.

About Casio

Founded in 1946, Casio began by producing a finger ring which incorporated a cigarette holder! This innovative piece was perhaps more interesting than genuinely useful! However, Casio was to move on to experience enormous success with its calculators and wristwatches which offered the latest technology at incredibly reasonable prices.

In 1980, Casio began applying its technological expertise to musical instruments. The Casiotone 201 was the first Casio electronic keyboard but a succession of keyboards followed, reflecting advances in technology and Casio’s track record for innovation. Today’s instruments deliver high quality sounds and exiting features for all players.

Casio Celviano Digital Pianos

Celviano pianos offers state of the art technology housed in traditional cabinet designs. Celviano Pianos seek to replicate the feeling of playing a real acoustic piano and their attractive look makes for an excellent addition to the home. The scaled hammer action means that the weight of every key is relative to the pitch – just like an acoustic model. You can control the length of reverberation and you will appreciate the rich, resonating tones.

Casio Privia Digital Pianos

Small and compact, Privia models perfectly complement contemporary lifestyles. Offering an authentic piano feel with streamlined and portable designs, Privia pianos are ideal additions to the home and the rehearsal room but would also grace the stage. All Casio Privia Digital Pianos feature Casio's tri-sensor keyboard technology for expressive and nuanced playing and a raft of functions controlled via the touchscreen display.

Casio CDP Digital Pianos

Authentic piano playing experiences and lightweight design set the CDP series models apart. With incredible functionality including built-in rhythms, voices and effects, these instruments enable you to fully explore your creativity and musical expression.

Tony White - Bonners Piano Specialist 88 Note Weighted Piano Keyboard When choosing a digital piano, the 'feel' of the keyboard is just as important as the overall sound quality. Of course, there are pianos - lots of them! But also included are other keyboard voices such as organs, clavs, harpsichord, synthesizer tones, as well as drum kits, brass, strings, woodwind, ethnic and more. There are multiple variations on most voices so you should be able to find something which suits your musical requirements. Split & Layer Voices Take your sound creation a step further by using the split & layer functions. The keyboard can be split at any user-defined note to allow a different voice to be played in both the upper and lower registers of the keyboard. The Layer feature allows you to layer together any two voices to create unique combinations or something more traditional such as piano & strings. Digital Effects To Enhance The Sound The popular Casio Hall Simulator feature gives the experience of playing in a large concert hall, stage, cathedral and other ambient buildings. In addition to this, standard reverb, chorus, brilliance and DSP can be used to enhance the sound of the PX-S3000 further. Add Some Rhythm To Your Performance! The Casio PX-S3000 is loaded with 200 rhythms which also feature multi-part accompaniment (Bass + additional instrument tracks). Each one of these rhythms has a one-touch preset assigned to it which automatically chooses an appropriate right-hand instrument voice to suit the genre of rhythm which has been chosen. Advanced Recording Functionality Wheras many keyboards in this price category feature a two track recorder, the Casio PX-S3000 is equipped with a 3 track MIDI recorder plus a USB audio recorder. MIDI recording can be used for multi-track compositions. You can store 5 songs up to a total of 30,000 notes in the internal memory. MIDI recording on the PX-S300 also includes punch in/out function. The audio recorder can be used to record standard audio data directly to a USB stick in a widely compatible format ready for you to share with friends across the internet or email. Featuring the same high quality piano sound and keyboard feel as the lower range models, the PX-S3000 is ideal for players who want to add a backing band and a more advanced range of sounds to their performance. Tony White - Bonners Piano Specialist 88 Note Weighted Piano Keyboard When choosing a digital piano, the 'feel' of the keyboard is just as important as the overall sound quality. The keytops are textured to which prevents fingers from slipping after a prolonged period of playing. Five different touch sensitivity levels mean you can tailor the response to suit your own playing style. Acoustic Piano Simulator First and foremost, the PX-S3000 is designed to recreate the experience of playing a grand piano, but in a portable form. The Acoustic Simulator function gives you detailed control over parameters including String Resonance, Damper Resonance, Key-Off Response, Key Action Noise and Damper Noise. In fact, there's so much control over the acoustic piano sound that it's like being your own Piano Technician. 700 Built-In Instrument Sounds When you need a large range of sounds - whether for performance or composition needs, the PX-S3000 delivers 700 different voices. Multi-track songs which have been recorded using the MIDI recorder can be re-recorded in realtime in an audio format to a USB stick. Pedals A Casio SP3 foot pedal is included in the box for the most important sustain function, but if you purchase the optional CS68P wooden stand, you can also add the optional SP34 triple piano pedal unit to give you three pedals - just like a real grand piano! Concert Play Songs & Lesson Function The AP470 contains 10 Listen/Lesson/Play songs, in a section which Casio call Concert Play, as well as a library of another 60 songs which have the lesson-type function of being able to isolate individual parts for left or right hand practice. The AP470 comes complete with a book of music for these pieces, which are also available digitally within the Chordana app. Headphones and Speakers For times when you dont want others to hear you play, or you dont want to disturb the neighbours, the AP470 features two headphone sockets. The AP470 has a powerful 4-speaker 20W + 20W amplification system, comprising 2 x 12cm speakers and also 2 little 4cm tweeters for excellent sound quality across the whole dynamic range of the instrument. The top lid also lifts up, which helps spread the sound in a really natural manner. Casio AP710 Digital Piano The Casio AP710 is a new model digital piano which features the same stunning piano tones as the popular Casio Grand Hybrid pianos, and a Tri-sensor Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II. The piano sound was developed in collaboration with renowned German piano manufacturer - C. Bechstein. The Casio AP710 offers high-end quality piano sounds at a mid-range price. The Hall Simulator is one of my favourite features - the beautiful French Catehdral sounds has to be heard to be believed! Tony White - Bonners Piano Specialist Responsive Keyboard Action As well as three beautiful piano voices, the Casio AP710 is equipped with their Tri-sensor Scaled Hammer Action Keyboard II. The full range of 88 notes are provided - just the same as an acoustic grand piano. Each key has three sensors which pick up every nuance of your performance, and the key surfaces have simulated ebony and ivory keys for a authentic touch. The hammer response can be adjusted to one of ten levels to match the player's unique touch, or switched off completely for when playing organ voices. Three Beautiful Piano Voices Just like the flagship Grand Hybrid models, the AP710 features three distinctive piano voices - Vienna, Hamburg and Berlin. Each one of these piano voices has multiple variations (twelve in total), so you're sure to find the right voice for different styles of piano music - including classical, romantic, jazz, pop, contemporary and more. There is, of course, a range of other voices including strings, harpsichord, organ (and many more!) which can be played individually, layered two together, or split across the keyboard.
