Our fully-equipped piano workshop in Surrey is staffed by experienced technicians and approved by major manufacturers, allowing us to carry out servicing, repairs, and warranty work to factory standards.
Our workshop team also carries out repaiir and restoration work to private clients. With over 40 years experience in the piano restoration and manufacture trade, we have the expertise to restore your piano back to its former glory, making it a pleasure to play once again.
First In-Home Tuning
While your new or used acoustic piano is carefully tuned prior to delivery, every home environment is different. Our Complete Care package includes an in-home tuning visit within the first 12 months, and we’ll arrange this for you with one of our approved local specialists, taking away the need to find a tuner yourself.
Matching Piano Bench
Our Ready To Play and Complete Care packages also include an adjustable height piano bench, providing a comfortable playing position for all players from day one.
Digital Hygrometer
Keeping your piano in the right environment is key to maintaining tuning stability and reliable performance. Our Complete Care package includes a digital hygrometer to help you monitor humidity levels at home.
