Only the finest quality components are used in the production of the Concert I 218. High-quality spruce is used in the soundboard, and the large surface area, along with extra-wide angles in the strings, maximises string length and speaking length. This increases the bass response, as well as tone and sustain. The Paulello rust-free strings are known for their consistency and accuracy across the entire range and are built to last. The piano's frame is light, absorbing little sound, especially in the treble registers. This delivers pure brilliance and clean sound. Add this to not only duplex scaling, but also triplex scaling, and the result is outstanding warmth, brilliance, and a long, clear sustain with great harmonic overtones. High-quality Renner hammer head felts are used in this model, as they have been tried and tested to produce the best sound for this instrument.
Built to Last
Feurich's flagship model is a durable, long-lasting instrument, built to withstand changes in the environment. The multi-laminated pin block ensures resistance to climatic changes in the longterm and provides a high degree of tuning stability. Special felts are used in the dampers, under the keys, and at all contact points, designed to retain their shape over a number of years.
Light, Responsive Touch
The keys on Feurich's Concert I 218 are made from solid timber, which is lighter than typically laminated keys. With little lead weight in the keys, the result is a light touch with low inertia, making it very easy to play both pianissimo and fortissimo. No plastic components are used in Feurich's piano action, as this does not provide the elasticity needed in this quality of the piano. Attention to detail in the damper wires, including felts around the wires to reduce friction, add to the feeling and lightness of touch.

Before our Feurich pianos make it to the showrooms, they go through a detailed preparation process to ensure they are sounding and performing at their absolute best. After being given time to settle after transportation to our premises, every Feurich piano undergoes a first regulation and tuning. This process ensures that all the mechanical parts are functioning correctly before the instrument is played passed to our in-house pianists for their evaluation.
Our musicians put the piano through its paces using a wide variety of musical styles and then collaborate with our specialist Feurich-trained piano technicians who then carry out detailed voicing and regulation to maximise the tone and performance of the piano. This preparation process is unique to Bonners in the UK,
and we are confident that our Feurich pianos out-perform the same models available from other piano retailers.

We keep the Feurich 115 Upright Piano in our specialist piano centres, along with other new and used pianos. This means you can compare the sound and feel of a variety of instruments all under one roof. Our specialist piano centres are located in Reigate (just off Jct 8 of the M25) and Milton Keynes (just 15 minutes from the M1 motorway).
What to expect when you order your new piano from BonnersWe keep a huge range of Feurich upright and grand pianos in stock in our piano centres. If the piano you want is available from our stock, delivery is usually arranged within 14 days (often it can be much faster than this).
Following delivery, and after giving the piano ample opportunity to adjust to its new conditions (usually within 4-6 weeks), we will arrange for a tuner to visit you and tune the piano in your home, as well as attend to any other technical issues which may arise due to changes in temperature or humidity.

We can even take away your old piano for you free of charge if required.
Complimentary First Piano TuningWe want you to be completely happy with your new piano, so we arrange an initial first tuning completely free of charge. After your new Feurich piano has been delivered, we will arrange for a tuner to visit you and tune the instrument in your home. Complimentary tuning must be completed within 8 weeks of the piano being delivered.
WarrantyAll Feurich acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all parts and labour. If the piano needs repairing, then we come to your home. Tuning and general maintenance/servicing are not covered by warranty.

Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the lead time once we receive your order. You can also call or email us in advance of placing your order to check the current lead time for specific products and pay a small deposit to secure your place in the queue. Standard Size Packages
For standard-size packages, we use a range of third-party courier services to deliver goods as efficiently as possible. All items require someone to be present to receive the goods and provide proof of delivery. This is especially important for high-value items.
If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location and provide photographic proof, though this is at the courier's discretion and often not possible for high-value goods. If a delivery cannot be completed, our partners will make up to two attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee applies for any necessary re-delivery.
For larger items or those requiring delivery to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or parts of Wales and Northern England, surcharges and longer delivery times of up to 10 days may apply.

Digital Piano & Large Item Delivery
As a specialist piano retailer, we provide two distinct tiers of service for digital piano deliveries to the UK mainland. Larger items that require specialist courier delivery are an exception to our standard despatch times; we will contact you personally to arrange these deliveries. This ensures you know exactly when your item is arriving and can be prepared to have help on hand if required to move and unpack your goods.
- Economy Delivery: Our fastest service for digital pianos. Your instrument is delivered flat-packed in a box to your doorstep between 8am and 6pm. Because these boxes can weigh between 60kg and 120kg, you will need to have someone available to help you move the instrument into your home and sign for the delivery.
- Premium Delivery & Setup: This premium service includes professional assembly by our experienced team. We will build your piano in your home, set up any purchased stools, and take away all packaging for recycling. We will coordinate a convenient delivery date and a two-hour time slot with you.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos are delicate instruments that require professional handling with the utmost care. We use specialist piano delivery teams with years of experience to safely deliver upright and grand pianos. We can handle most situations, from a simple drop off to upstairs installations, and even locations where crane access is required.
Ahead of your piano delivery, we will ask you to complete our Piano Delivery Questionnaire to confirm a few details about access to your property and where the piano will be positioned. Removal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
