Roland Kiyola KF-20 Pure Oak | Premium Bundle Incl RH300 Headphones & Bench
The Roland KIYOLA KF-20 is a premium digital piano that blends thoughtful design with exceptional playability. Crafted in collaboration with Karimoku, the piano’s cabinet features softly contoured woodwork and elegant finishes that sit harmoniously in a modern home environment.
Top-Of-The-Range Headphones For Your Piano
Roland’s premium RH-300 pro-quality headphones are specially designed to offer unbeatable sound and supreme comfort to musicians and studio producers. Featuring custom-built 45mm drivers, neodymium magnets and CCAW (copper-clad aluminum wire) voice coils, expect the clearest, most natural and accurate sound, plus ultra-wide frequency response that brings out sparkling highs and warm lows. For enthusiastic pianists, RH-300 headphones are the essential choice and allow you to enjoy your piano just as much through the headphones as you do through its own speaker system.
This is a digital instrument that feels like a piano and looks like furniture you’ll want in your living space, without compromising musical performance. At its core is Roland’s Piano Reality Modelling sound engine and a refined PHA-50 keyboard, giving you a richly expressive tone and a natural touch that responds to your playing dynamics.
Like all Roland digital pianos, the KF-20 lets you practise silently with headphones while still preserving a sense of acoustic space with Roland’s Headphones Ambience system.
Styling & Finish Options
The KIYOLA KF-20 stands apart from typical digital pianos with its rounded cabinet design and beautifully finished wood surfaces. Available in Pure Oak, Walnut, Sheer White and Celadon Green, each finish has been selected to complement contemporary interiors, so the piano enhances your room as much as your music.
A matching bench is included, shaped for comfort and proper posture, so you’re set up to play well from the moment it arrives.

Bundle Deals
We offer a variety of flexible delivery options tailored to your location and the type of instrument you purchase. We aim to dispatch most in-stock standard-sized packages within 1 working day of receiving payment. Please note that we currently ship to the UK mainland only.
Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the lead time once we receive your order. You can also call or email us in advance of placing your order to check the current lead time for specific products and pay a small deposit to secure your place in the queue. This is especially convenient for popular or new products when demand is high.
Standard Size Packages
For standard-size packages, we use a range of third-party courier services to deliver goods as efficiently as possible. All items require someone to be present to receive the goods and provide proof of delivery. This is especially important for high-value items.
If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location and provide photographic proof, though this is at the courier's discretion and often not possible for high-value goods. If a delivery cannot be completed, our partners will make up to two attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee applies for any necessary re-delivery.
For larger items or those requiring delivery to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or parts of Wales and Northern England, surcharges and longer delivery times of up to 10 days may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier used. You can track your parcel directly through our partner websites:
- FedEx: Track your FedEx shipment here
- DX Express: Track your DX Express shipment here
Digital Piano & Large Item Delivery
As a specialist piano retailer, we provide two distinct tiers of service for digital piano deliveries to the UK mainland. Larger items that require specialist courier delivery are an exception to our standard despatch times; we will contact you personally to arrange these deliveries. This ensures you know exactly when your item is arriving and can be prepared to have help on hand if required to move and unpack your goods.
- Economy Delivery: Our fastest service for digital pianos. Your instrument is delivered flat-packed in a box to your doorstep between 8am and 6pm. Because these boxes can weigh between 60kg and 120kg, you will need to have someone available to help you move the instrument into your home and sign for the delivery.
- Premium Delivery & Setup: This premium service includes professional assembly by our experienced team. We will build your piano in your home, set up any purchased stools, and take away all packaging for recycling. We will coordinate a convenient delivery date and a two-hour time slot with you.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos are delicate instruments that require professional handling with the utmost care. We use specialist piano delivery teams with years of experience to safely deliver upright and grand pianos. We can handle most situations, from a simple drop off to upstairs installations, and even locations where crane access is required.
Ahead of your piano delivery, we will ask you to complete our Piano Delivery Questionnaire to confirm a few details about access to your property and where the piano will be positioned. This will help us ensure your new instrument is delivered safely, efficiently, and without risk to either our team or your piano.
Removal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
If you have an old piano that you no longer require, we can arrange for its professional collection and disposal. Our specialist teams ensure the removal is handled safely without damaging your property.
- Disposal Service: Prices for piano collection and disposal start from £99.
- Part Exchange: If you are upgrading, we may be able to offer a part exchange value against your new purchase.
Please contact our team to discuss the specifics of your old instrument so we can provide an accurate quote and coordinate the removal with your new delivery.
Additional Services and Information
For those who prefer to collect in person, you can pick up your order from one of our warehouse locations in Eastbourne, Reigate, Milton Keynes, or Newcastle. To use this service, please contact us by phone to arrange a deposit and confirm availability, as online orders are not eligible for warehouse collection.
For specific quotes or to discuss complex delivery requirements, please contact our sales team at 01323 639335 or email sales@bonnersmusic.co.uk.
