Feurich’s innovative Vienna 123 upright piano offers a touch that is unmatched in any other upright model we have come across. The custom-made Renner action features an additional spring, allowing for extremely fast repetition - without the key needing to return to its original position. This is something that, until now, has only been possible on grand pianos. Complimenting the revolutionary action is Feurich’s beautiful rich and warm tone, as the instruments are made and voiced in Vienna by master technicians.
Feurich 123 Vienna Premium Upright Piano - Made in Austria
The 123 Vienna instrument is made and hand-finished in Feurich’s Austrian piano factory under the supervision of Friedrich Steinbauer and Jan Enzenauer - esteemed piano makers known for their craft and attention to detail. Traditional Feurich production processes have been combined with modern piano-building expertise to create this new prestigious range of European manufactured Feurich pianos.
Ultra-Fast Key Response
The 123 Vienna features a custom-made Renner piano action. This action has been designed to give the fastest speed of repetition possible using Feurich’s patented High-Speed KAMM Action which means there is no jack stop rail. Also, No lead weights are used in the keys, and there is more angle on the hammer shanks which maximises the effect of gravity when the hammer returns to its resting position. The black and white keys of upright pianos are different lengths which mean different amounts of pressure are required from the player to achieve a similar tonal response. The Feurich Vienna regulates the amount of pressure required for both the black and white keys by the use of different wipes, and therefore the leverage is the same for all keys. This is the first time this technique has been used in the manufacture of an upright piano. The hammerheads have been custom made for the Vienna pianos using high-quality Weickert Felts. Environmentally friendly composite wood materials are used on the black keys to give perfect grip and better absorption of humidity than plastic.
Unique European Case Design
The casing of the Vienna 123 model can be completely removed because the braces, action, and keyboard are all housed in an iron frame. This means parts of the case can be replaced easily. In fact, it is possible to play the piano with no casework attached at all! The standard satin black finish with chrome accents does look truly stunning and the lacquer used has been made by Hesse in Germany.

Warranty
All Feurich acoustic upright and grand pianos come with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all parts and labour. If the piano needs repairing, then we come to your home. Tuning and general maintenance/servicing are not covered by warranty.

Digital Piano Deliveries
As a specialist piano retailer, we offer two levels of delivery service for digital pianos and larger boxed instruments.
Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included
- You will need assistance available to help move the instrument into your property
Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.

Our Premium Delivery & Assembly Service includes professional in-home setup by our experienced piano delivery team.
This service includes:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly with the courier once it has been dispatched.
Digital Piano Deliveries
As a specialist piano retailer, we offer two levels of delivery service for digital pianos and larger boxed instruments.
Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included
- You will need assistance available to help move the instrument into your property
Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.
Premium Delivery & Assembly Service
Our Premium Delivery & Assembly Service includes professional in-home setup by our experienced piano delivery team.
This service includes:
- Delivery into your home
- Full assembly of the piano and stand*
- Set up of a matching stool (where applicable)
- Positioning of the instrument
- Removal and recycling of packaging
We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and estimated arrival window.

Assembly Charges
Professional in-home assembly charges range from FREE to £250, depending on postcode area and the make and model of the instrument.
Available services and pricing will be displayed automatically at checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos require specialist handling and are delivered by experienced piano moving teams.
We can accommodate a wide range of delivery situations including:
- Ground floor deliveries
- Stair access
- Difficult access installations
- Crane and specialist lifting access where required

Standard ground floor delivery to most UK mainland postcodes is FREE.
Additional charges may apply for:

Piano Delivery Questionnaire
Prior to delivery, we will ask you to complete a short Piano Delivery Questionnaire. This allows us to assess access arrangements and ensure the safe delivery and positioning of your instrument.
This helps protect both your property and your piano whilst ensuring our delivery team arrives fully prepared.
Removal & Disposal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
If you have an existing acoustic piano that you no longer require, we can often arrange professional removal and disposal.
Disposal Service
Professional piano disposal services start from £99, depending on location and access conditions.
Part Exchange
If you are upgrading your piano, we may also be able to offer a part exchange allowance against your new instrument.

Warehouse Collection
We offer FREE collection from our warehouse locations in:
- Eastbourne
- Reigate
- Milton Keynes
- Newcastle
Collections must be arranged in advance with our sales team.
