Multi-Contact Keyboard - Virtually!
To remain faithful to the original Hammond Tone Wheel organs, a new Virtual Multi-Contact keyboard has been developed to give the same feeling and quick response to the player. The same unique response is felt where the different harmonics sound in sequence as the key is pressed. The iconic Hammond performance techniques from legendary players such as Jon Lord, Jimmy McGriff, Jimmy Smith, Keith Emerson, and countless others can now be recreated on the XK5 - the only Virtual Tonewheel organ which has a multi-contact keyboard.
5 Sets Of Drawbars & Preset KeysKeeping in line with the tradition of the B3 & C3 models, the XK5 offers the player 5 sets of drawbars (two sets for both upper & lower parts, plus a set for bass pedals). The black preset keys at the bottom of the keyboard allow for instant switching of preset drawbar configurations, making the XK5 the ideal choice for live performers.
Virtual Leslie/Vibrato Effects With Amp SimulatorThe Leslie speaker emulator in the XK5 is definitely one of the best we have heard and negates the need for an external effects box, which players have been using in recent years. The Leslie effect simulates the sound of various tone cabinets including 122, 125, 145 and PR40 models.
The XK5 is equipped with tube circuits to simulate the pre-amplifier of the B3/C3 models. This provides warmth to the sound, and when the overdrive is applied, the XK5 rocks like no other clonewheel keyboard ever made. In addition to the pre-amp simulator and overdrive circuits, the XK5 offers graphic equalizer for individual parts, and multi-effects to completely change your sound. There is also a Master Equalizer for when you need to adjust the tone to suit the venue in which you are performing.
Powerful MIDI Master Keyboard FunctionsExternal zones are available so that you can use the XK5 to control other MIDI equipment. Settings for external zones are stored within the patch settings which enables MIDI information to be sent as soon as patches are recalled.
Store your favourite sounds & settingsThe XK5 comes pre-loaded with 100 preset patches - these are complete voice setups which cover a wide variety of musical genres. There are some specially programmed patches which emulate the sounds created by famous Hammond players, as well as the basic sounds you’ll need for everyday Hammond organ playing. There are also 100 user locations for you to store your own sounds.
Patches can be recalled using the black preset keys at the bottom of the keyboard, or selected by using the value knob. Each patch can be named, which is clearly displayed on the backlit display screen.
Expandable XK5 SystemWith the use of the optional XLK5 lower keyboard and XPK250, the XK5 can be expanded to become a console-style two-manual instrument with matching pedalboard.

Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the lead time once we receive your order. You can also call or email us in advance of placing your order to check the current lead time for specific products and pay a small deposit to secure your place in the queue. This is especially convenient for popular or new products when demand is high.
Standard Size Packages
For standard-size packages, we use a range of third-party courier services to deliver goods as efficiently as possible. All items require someone to be present to receive the goods and provide proof of delivery. This is especially important for high-value items.
If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location and provide photographic proof, though this is at the courier's discretion and often not possible for high-value goods. If a delivery cannot be completed, our partners will make up to two attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee applies for any necessary re-delivery.
For larger items or those requiring delivery to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or parts of Wales and Northern England, surcharges and longer delivery times of up to 10 days may apply.

Digital Piano & Large Item Delivery
As a specialist piano retailer, we provide two distinct tiers of service for digital piano deliveries to the UK mainland. Larger items that require specialist courier delivery are an exception to our standard despatch times; we will contact you personally to arrange these deliveries. This ensures you know exactly when your item is arriving and can be prepared to have help on hand if required to move and unpack your goods.
- Economy Delivery: Our fastest service for digital pianos. Your instrument is delivered flat-packed in a box to your doorstep between 8am and 6pm. Because these boxes can weigh between 60kg and 120kg, you will need to have someone available to help you move the instrument into your home and sign for the delivery.
- Premium Delivery & Setup: This premium service includes professional assembly by our experienced team. We will build your piano in your home, set up any purchased stools, and take away all packaging for recycling. We will coordinate a convenient delivery date and a two-hour time slot with you.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos are delicate instruments that require professional handling with the utmost care. We use specialist piano delivery teams with years of experience to safely deliver upright and grand pianos. We can handle most situations, from a simple drop off to upstairs installations, and even locations where crane access is required.
Ahead of your piano delivery, we will ask you to complete our Piano Delivery Questionnaire to confirm a few details about access to your property and where the piano will be positioned. This will help us ensure your new instrument is delivered safely, efficiently, and without risk to either our team or your piano.
Removal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
If you have an old piano that you no longer require, we can arrange for its professional collection and disposal. Our specialist teams ensure the removal is handled safely without damaging your property.
- Disposal Service: Prices for piano collection and disposal start from £99.
- Part Exchange: If you are upgrading, we may be able to offer a part exchange value against your new purchase.
