This premium Concert Package includes a beautiful matching adjustable-height genuine leather Nocturne concert piano stool. The perfect piano stool for the discerning pianist. This solo adjustable piano stool is finished in black gloss with empire-style legs. The large buttoned seat is thickly padded and upholstered in Genuine leather. This is very similar to the type of piano stool that you would find on concert stages or music studios and provides support and comfort for extended periods of piano playing. The seat top measures 40cm(W) x 59cm(L) and is adjustable in height from 48cm to 59cm

When you buy a new Kawai CA901 from Bonners, our experts will deliver, set up, and install your new piano in the room of your choice. We use our own dedicated piano delivery experts and also specify a time of delivery (we'll also call you on the day to try and be as exact as possible!). We believe that buying a new piano should be an exciting occasion and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you have any special requests, please call us to discuss them - we're always happy to do the very best we can! Please be aware that the CA901 is supplied in one piece and may not be suitable for carrying up some staircases. Contact us before ordering if you need upstairs delivery - an additional charge may apply.

Best In Class Grand Feel III Wooden-Key Keyboard Action
Kawai has over 95 years of experience designing and crafting some of the Word's finest pianos. Their expertise in manufacturing acoustic instruments has been harnessed to produce one of the best keyboard actions in a digital instrument. All eighty-eight keys of the Grand Feel III keyboard have been crafted from long pieces of wood. The keys feature a central balance pin to give a see-saw type movement, resulting in a natural acoustic piano-like touch, which is one of the most important considerations when choosing a digital piano.

Shigeru Kawai Concert Grand Piano Voices
The Shigeru models sit at the pinnacle of Kawai's acoustic grand piano range. These hand-crafted pianos are recognised as among the best in the World because of their tonal quality and dynamic range. The engineers at Kawai have sampled (digitally recorded) the sound of four of their best pianos, including the SK-EX Concert Grand and a brand new piano voice for the CA901 range of pianos called the SK-EX Competition Grand.

The SK-EX Competition Grand piano voice has been recorded from the pianist's position, as opposed to the standard SK-EX Concert voice, which was recorded from the audience's position.

Further authenticity is achieved by the CA901's real-time physical modelling of string and damper resonance to create a piano that feels like it is living and breathing, similar to an acoustic instrument.

Premium Audio Technology & Speaker System
The beautiful sound of the Shigeru piano needs to be heard through a premium-quality audio system, which is delivered by the CA901 in the form of dual Digital Audio Convertors (DACs) - one each for both left & right channels. These DACs utilise a specially designed filtering process to reproduce the piano voices accurately and clearly.

The CA901 has the highest-quality audio system seen in a Kawai Concert Artist digital piano and is further enhanced with a powerful 6-speaker system with premium quality driver units. Custom-designed diffuser panels help to disperse the piano's sound evenly throughout the room in which the piano is positioned so that it sounds great for both the listener and the performer.

As with previous flagship CA series models, the CA901 also uses Kawai's latest TwinDrive Soundboard Speaker System to project the sound energy onto a real wooden soundboard - similar to how the sound of an acoustic upright piano is amplified. This gives an even richer sound with an organic piano tone with an ambience akin to that of its acoustic counterparts.

Headphone Outputs
The CA901 has two independent headphone outputs so that two people can enjoy the sound of this instrument at the same time without disturbing others in the household or neighbouring properties. The headphone output is enhanced with Kawai's Spatial Headphone Sound Technology to make playing with earphones just as enjoyable as hearing the instrument through its own speaker system.
