Kawai E200 Studio Upright Piano; Black Satin

At 114cm in height, the E200 studio upright is a popular model offering great value in a satin black finish. This model shares the features and quality of the K200 and is the perfect piano for someone looking for added value or a non-polished finish. The E200 offers great touch, thanks to Kawai's exclusive Millenium III Upright piano action, made with ABS-Carbon Composites. ABS-Carbon is a very lightweight, but rigid material. This results in a very strong and fast action to give the player more control, power, and better stability than conventional wood actions.

Keyboard Action
Kawai's highly acclaimed Millenium 3 action delivers exceptional sensitivity and control, using carbon fibre infused ABS components for increased strength and stability. This innovative design results in a lighter, faster, and more reliable action that enhances expression and dynamic range. It also reduces mechanical noise and ensures long-term durability.

Tapered Spruce Soundboard
Produced from straight-grained, quarter-sawn solid spruce, Kawai’s soundboards are tapered to increase surface area, maximising the resonance and tonal richness of the instrument. The soundboard design and materials enable the piano to produce a vibrant, clear sound with impressive sustain and dynamic range.

Contemporary Design
Fitted with front legs and castors, the Kawai E200 upright piano is the smallest instrument in Kawai’s range that offers the look of a traditional upright piano. With modern design cues and a satin black finish, this piano looks great in any setting.
