The MP11SE builds on its popular MP11 predecessor with the addition of high-quality Shigeru Kawai Concert Grand piano samples, upgraded GFP3 grand-feel triple piano pedal, and a new premium case design with high-gloss polished ebony end cheeks.

The Very Best Acoustic & E.P Piano Sounds
Kawai is a manufacturer of many extremely high-quality concert grand pianos. They have meticulously sampled every single one of the 88 notes of their flagship Shigeru Kawai SK-EX instrument for the MP11SE and the result is absolutely stunning. The Shigeru SK-EX sound is responsive and expressive, as well as being powerful and bold when required. The combination of the wooden Grand Feel key action along with the Shigeru Kawai SK-EX piano sound means it’s easy to lose yourself for hours when playing the MP11SE – the same experience you would get from playing a high-end acoustic grand. In addition to the Shigeru Kawai SK-EX piano voice, the MP11SE is equipped with the sound of two other popular Kawai acoustic pianos – the SK5 (a studio size grand piano which is ideal for pop and jazz styles), as well as the Kawai EX concert grand sound which gives a brighter tone than the Shigeru Kawai sample. There are multiple samples of various vintage electric pianos including Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzers and even modern FM ballad pianos. The MP11SE is equipped with a professional studio-quality effects processor which offers a total of 129 different customisable effects including reverbs, delays, chorus, phaser, wah, flanger, amp sim, rotary speaker and many more. In addition to the effects, there is a global four-band graphic equaliser so that you can tailor the tone of your sound to match the environment in which you are performing.
Professional MIDI Controller
There are four keyboard zones on the MP11SE which can be split or layered as you please across the keyboard. In addition, any of these four zones can be assigned to either an internal sound or external MIDI part. Both the traditional 5 pin MIDI sockets and USB-MIDI connectors can be used simultaneously to transmit & receive data which means you can be playing the sound of a connected external MIDI-equipped keyboard or sound module, whilst also triggering the sound of your favourite softsynth on your laptop.
Virtual Technician
There may be times when you want to create or customise your own piano sounds and the Kawai Virtual Technician feature allows you to do just that. You have complete control over individual note attributes such as hammer noise, string resonance, tuning, tone/voicing, key noise and more. USB Audio Recorder & Player
The MP11SE allows you to record the instrument’s own sound as a high-quality audio file directly to a USB memory device (not included). You can also playback pre-recorded audio files from USB in .MP3 or .WAV format.
Connections
The MP11SE is a professional level stage instrument and is therefore equipped with balanced XLR audio outputs, as well as standard ¼” line outputs. There are 5pin MIDI IN/OUT/THRU sockets, as well as USB to host and device connections. We aim to dispatch most in-stock standard-sized items within 1 working day of receiving payment. Larger instruments and specialist deliveries may require additional scheduling time, and our team will contact you directly to arrange them.

Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the expected lead time.
If you would like to check availability before placing your order, our sales team will be happy to help. For many popular or newly released products, we can also take a small deposit to reserve your place in the queue ahead of new stock arriving.

Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included

Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.

At Bonners, we offer a range of flexible delivery and collection options designed to suit both the type of instrument you purchase and your location within the UK mainland.
We aim to dispatch most in-stock standard-sized items within 1 working day of receiving payment. Larger instruments and specialist deliveries may require additional scheduling time, and our team will contact you directly to arrange them.
Please note that we currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the expected lead time.
If you would like to check availability before placing your order, our sales team will be happy to help. For many popular or newly released products, we can also take a small deposit to reserve your place in the queue ahead of new stock arriving.
Standard Parcel Deliveries
Smaller products and standard-sized packages are shipped using trusted third-party courier services, including FedEx and DX Express.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day.

All deliveries require somebody to be available to receive and sign for the goods, particularly for high-value items.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will normally make up to two delivery attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply where necessary.
Some remote postcode areas, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, West Wales and certain rural areas, may incur additional delivery charges and slightly longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly with the courier once it has been dispatched.
Digital Piano Deliveries
As a specialist piano retailer, we offer two levels of delivery service for digital pianos and larger boxed instruments.
Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included
- You will need assistance available to help move the instrument into your property
Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.
Premium Delivery & Assembly Service
Our Premium Delivery & Assembly Service includes professional in-home setup by our experienced piano delivery team.
This service includes:
- Delivery into your home
- Full assembly of the piano and stand*
- Set up of a matching stool (where applicable)
- Positioning of the instrument
- Removal and recycling of packaging
We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and estimated arrival window.
*Ground floor only - contact us for upstairs delivery quotes.
Assembly Charges
Professional in-home assembly charges range from FREE to £250, depending on postcode area and the make and model of the instrument.
Available services and pricing will be displayed automatically at checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos require specialist handling and are delivered by experienced piano moving teams.
We can accommodate a wide range of delivery situations including:
- Ground floor deliveries
- Stair access
- Difficult access installations
- Crane and specialist lifting access where required
Standard Delivery Charges
Standard ground floor delivery to most UK mainland postcodes is FREE.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Scottish Highlands
- Offshore and island locations
- West Wales
- Difficult access properties
- Stair carries or specialist access requirements

Piano Delivery Questionnaire
Prior to delivery, we will ask you to complete a short Piano Delivery Questionnaire. This allows us to assess access arrangements and ensure the safe delivery and positioning of your instrument.
This helps protect both your property and your piano whilst ensuring our delivery team arrives fully prepared.
Removal & Disposal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
If you have an existing acoustic piano that you no longer require, we can often arrange professional removal and disposal.
Disposal Service
Professional piano disposal services start from £99, depending on location and access conditions.
Part Exchange
If you are upgrading your piano, we may also be able to offer a part exchange allowance against your new instrument.
Please contact our sales team with details and photographs of your existing piano for an accurate quotation.
Warehouse Collection
We offer FREE collection from our warehouse locations in:
- Eastbourne
- Reigate
- Milton Keynes
- Newcastle
Collections must be arranged in advance with our sales team.
Please note:
- Warehouse collections require pre-booking
- A deposit may be required
- Online delivery orders cannot normally be converted to collection orders after purchase for security and logistical reasons
