The Roland GP9 is a luxury digital baby grand piano with a beautiful sound, keyboard touch, and the latest technology to make your playing experience more engaging and enjoyable. Measuring just over 1.5m in length, the GP9 is designed to exude the same presence & beauty in your room as a traditional acoustic piano but with the convenient features you would expect to find in a top-of-the-range digital instrument, including a wide choice of instrument tones, Bluetooth® connectivity, onboard learning tools and a powerful built-in amplification system.
Keyboard Touch
The GP9 is equipped with Roland's Piano Reality Concert keyboard. This hybrid wood/moulded keyboard with Ivory Feel key surfaces has a simulated escapement mechanism, long key pivot length and a unique haptic vibration, so the player 'feels' the music. The Piano Reality Concert Keyboard also features a progressive hammer action (slightly lighter at the top, compared with the lower registers), which is also similar to the keyboard found on an acoustic grand piano.

We use our own dedicated piano delivery experts and also specify a time of delivery (we'll also call you on the day to try and be as exact as possible!). We believe buying a new piano should be an exciting occasion, and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you have any special requests, please call us to discuss them - we're always happy to do the very best we can! Please be aware although the legs & pedals detach from the GP9, the piano is supplied in one piece and may not be suitable for carrying up some staircases. Contact us before ordering if you need upstairs delivery - an additional charge may apply.

We aim to dispatch most in-stock standard-sized items within 1 working day of receiving payment. Larger instruments and specialist deliveries may require additional scheduling time, and our team will contact you directly to arrange them.

Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items
If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the expected lead time.

Digital Piano Deliveries
As a specialist piano retailer, we offer two levels of delivery service for digital pianos and larger boxed instruments.
Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included
- You will need assistance available to help move the instrument into your property
Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.
Premium Delivery & Assembly Service
Our Premium Delivery & Assembly Service includes professional in-home setup by our experienced piano delivery team.
This service includes:
- Delivery into your home
- Full assembly of the piano and stand*
- Set up of a matching stool (where applicable)

All deliveries require somebody to be available to receive and sign for the goods, particularly for high-value items.
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will normally make up to two delivery attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply where necessary.
Some remote postcode areas, including the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, West Wales and certain rural areas, may incur additional delivery charges and slightly longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly with the courier once it has been dispatched.
Digital Piano Deliveries
As a specialist piano retailer, we offer two levels of delivery service for digital pianos and larger boxed instruments.
Because many digital pianos weigh between 60kg and 120kg, these deliveries are handled differently from standard parcels.
Economy Delivery
Our Economy Delivery service provides fast mainland UK delivery of your piano in its original flat-packed carton.
- Delivery is typically made between 8am and 6pm
- The piano will be delivered to your doorstep or ground floor entrance
- Assembly is not included
- You will need assistance available to help move the instrument into your property
Delivery Charges - New Digital Pianos
Delivery charges for new boxed digital pianos range from FREE to £49, depending on postcode area.
Some lower-value products supplied in particularly large cartons may carry a delivery charge of £25, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Agency-Supplied Digital Pianos
Certain digital pianos are supplied directly by the manufacturer on an agency basis. Delivery charges for these products range from FREE to £175, depending on product type and delivery location.
Premium Delivery & Assembly Service
Our Premium Delivery & Assembly Service includes professional in-home setup by our experienced piano delivery team.
This service includes:
- Delivery into your home
- Full assembly of the piano and stand*
- Set up of a matching stool (where applicable)
- Positioning of the instrument
- Removal and recycling of packaging
We will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and estimated arrival window.

Assembly Charges
Professional in-home assembly charges range from FREE to £250, depending on postcode area and the make and model of the instrument.
Available services and pricing will be displayed automatically at checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Acoustic Piano Deliveries
Acoustic pianos require specialist handling and are delivered by experienced piano moving teams.
We can accommodate a wide range of delivery situations including:
- Ground floor deliveries
- Stair access
- Difficult access installations
- Crane and specialist lifting access where required
Standard Delivery Charges
Standard ground floor delivery to most UK mainland postcodes is FREE.
Additional charges may apply for:

Piano Delivery Questionnaire
Prior to delivery, we will ask you to complete a short Piano Delivery Questionnaire. This allows us to assess access arrangements and ensure the safe delivery and positioning of your instrument.
This helps protect both your property and your piano whilst ensuring our delivery team arrives fully prepared.
Removal & Disposal of Existing Acoustic Pianos
If you have an existing acoustic piano that you no longer require, we can often arrange professional removal and disposal.
Disposal Service
Professional piano disposal services start from £99, depending on location and access conditions.
Part Exchange
If you are upgrading your piano, we may also be able to offer a part exchange allowance against your new instrument.

Warehouse Collection
We offer FREE collection from our warehouse locations in:
- Eastbourne
- Reigate
- Milton Keynes
- Newcastle
Collections must be arranged in advance with our sales team.

- Warehouse collections require pre-booking
- A deposit may be required
- Online delivery orders cannot normally be converted to collection orders after purchase for security and logistical reasons
