The Roland KIYOLA KF-25 is a premium digital piano that blends striking modern design with exceptional musical performance. Created with Karimoku, it features a Smoked Oak cabinet, Roland Piano Reality Modeling sound, and the PHA-50 keyboard for a refined, expressive playing experience.

Tony White – Bonners Piano Specialist

Roland Kiyola KF-25 Smoked Oak | Bundle including matching bench

The Roland KIYOLA KF-25 is a premium digital piano designed for players who want something visually distinctive without compromising musical quality. Developed in collaboration with Karimoku, Japan’s highly respected furniture makers, the KF-25 pairs Roland’s flagship piano technology with a bold, linear cabinet design that feels more like contemporary furniture than a traditional instrument.

Finished exclusively in Smoked Oak, the KF-25 brings warmth and texture to modern interiors while offering a refined, expressive playing experience built around Roland’s Piano Reality Modeling sound engine and PHA-50 hybrid keyboard.

A Modern Design with Traditional Craftsmanship

The KF-25’s clean lines and sharp angles are inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese design principles. Its cabinet construction uses the traditional Sashimono joinery technique, where wooden boards are precisely joined at right angles without nails. This approach delivers both strength and visual clarity, allowing the natural grain of the wood to take centre stage.

Rather than blending in quietly, the KF-25 is designed to be a feature piece - a piano that makes a statement while still feeling calm and considered in your living space.

Expressive Sound and Authentic Touch

At the heart of the KF-25 is Roland’s Piano Reality Modeling technology, which recreates the complex behaviour of an acoustic piano in real time. Instead of looping samples, the sound responds organically to your touch, pedalling and dynamics, making the instrument feel alive under the fingers.

The PHA-50 keyboard combines wooden side panels with durable internal materials, offering a reassuringly solid feel with escapement, ivory and ebony texture, and high-precision sensing. It suits developing players building technique just as well as experienced pianists looking for control and subtlety.

Proper Pedals for Proper Technique

The KF-25 is supplied with a full three-pedal unit - damper, soft and sostenuto. The damper pedal features progressive action with continuous detection, allowing for accurate half-pedalling and expressive control rather than simple on or off behaviour.

Silent Practice Without Losing the Feel

Like all KIYOLA models, the KF-25 allows you to practise silently using headphones, making it ideal for shared living spaces. Roland’s Piano Reality Headphones Ambience preserves a sense of space and realism, avoiding the flat, closed-in sound often associated with headphone practice.

Bluetooth, Apps and Everyday Practicality

Bluetooth audio and MIDI are built in, letting you play along with music from your phone or tablet, or connect wirelessly to learning and recording apps. The Roland Piano App provides access to deeper sound shaping, practice tools and all available tones, keeping the piano itself uncluttered and easy to use.

USB connections are also provided for computers and flash storage, making the KF-25 straightforward to integrate into a modern home or studio setup if required.

Matching Bench Included

A dedicated KIYOLA bench is included, designed to match the piano both visually and ergonomically. Its curved profile supports good posture, while the generous seat area makes longer playing sessions more comfortable.

We offer a variety of flexible delivery options tailored to your location and the type of instrument you purchase. We aim to dispatch most in-stock standard-sized packages within 1 working day of receiving payment. Please note that we currently ship to the UK mainland only.

Pre-Orders and Out of Stock Items

If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the lead time once we receive your order. You can also call or email us in advance of placing your order to check the current lead time for specific products and pay a small deposit to secure your place in the queue. This is especially convenient for popular or new products when demand is high.

Standard Size Packages

For standard-size packages, we use a range of third-party courier services to deliver goods as efficiently as possible. All items require someone to be present to receive the goods and provide proof of delivery. This is especially important for high-value items.

If you are not home, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location and provide photographic proof, though this is at the courier's discretion and often not possible for high-value goods. If a delivery cannot be completed, our partners will make up to two attempts before returning the goods to our warehouse. Please be aware that a fee applies for any necessary re-delivery.

For larger items or those requiring delivery to locations such as the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, or parts of Wales and Northern England, surcharges and longer delivery times of up to 10 days may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier used. You can track your parcel directly through our partner websites:

Digital Piano & Large Item Delivery

As a specialist piano retailer, we provide two distinct tiers of service for digital piano deliveries to the UK mainland. Larger items that require specialist courier delivery are an exception to our standard despatch times; we will contact you personally to arrange these deliveries. This ensures you know exactly when your item is arriving and can be prepared to have help on hand if required to move and unpack your goods.

  • Economy Delivery: Our fastest service for digital pianos. Your instrument is delivered flat-packed in a box to your doorstep between 8am and 6pm. Because these boxes can weigh between 60kg and 120kg, you will need to have someone available to help you move the instrument into your home and sign for the delivery.
  • Premium Delivery & Setup: This premium service includes professional assembly by our experienced team. We will build your piano in your home, set up any purchased stools, and take away all packaging for recycling. We will coordinate a convenient delivery date and a two-hour time slot with you.

Acoustic Piano Deliveries

Acoustic pianos are delicate instruments that require professional handling with the utmost care. We use specialist piano delivery teams with years of experience to safely deliver upright and grand pianos. We can handle most situations, from a simple drop off to upstairs installations, and even locations where crane access is required.

Ahead of your piano delivery, we will ask you to complete our Piano Delivery Questionnaire to confirm a few details about access to your property and where the piano will be positioned. This will help us ensure your new instrument is delivered safely, efficiently, and without risk to either our team or your piano.

Removal of Existing Acoustic Pianos

If you have an old piano that you no longer require, we can arrange for its professional collection and disposal. Our specialist teams ensure the removal is handled safely without damaging your property.

  • Disposal Service: Prices for piano collection and disposal start from £99.
  • Part Exchange: If you are upgrading, we may be able to offer a part exchange value against your new purchase.

Please contact our team to discuss the specifics of your old instrument so we can provide an accurate quote and coordinate the removal with your new delivery.

Additional Services and Information

For those who prefer to collect in person, you can pick up your order from one of our warehouse locations in Eastbourne, Reigate, Milton Keynes, or Newcastle. To use this service, please contact us by phone to arrange a deposit and confirm availability, as online orders are not eligible for warehouse collection.

For specific quotes or to discuss complex delivery requirements, please contact our sales team at 01323 639335 or email sales@bonnersmusic.co.uk.
